leading tech company but they don't care for their employees much - Product Owner (PO) Qualcomm Employee Review

The way the company deals with employees is very bad, you are a resource and the moment they do not need you, you are cut out. last year due to the company not meeting targets they laid off more than 2000 employees to cut cost although the reason for the profit lose had nothing to do with employees. The laid-off employees got very handsome severance packages while the hard workers were keept and did not even get their salary review or increase due to "budget" .. what message is Qualcomm sending out here?? be lazy and you'll get a fat chunky check, but if you are a hard worker you get nothing!!
