Pros

-easy to get hired, long as you have some form of customer service skills -schedule is set in stone -nice community of people! It truly feels like a work family even though it’s REMOTE work -there’s room for growth. If you want to be a lead, you can be one as long as you can prove to everyone that you are knowledgable and efficient at your job.

Cons

-if you work the weekends, don’t ever expect to be off on Saturday or Sunday -training can be limited and you learn as you go -very strict QA scoring and can feel as if your under a microscope being graded by every single word you say. You said “good morning” instead of “welcome”? 10 points off.

Pros

Decent pay. The option to work from home.

Cons

Vague onboarding/training program. Training for me was remote. They put you in a remote class with 14-15 others. Starting around week 2 or 3 of training, they try to work with everyone one-on-one while the rest of the class watches. And there is never enough time in the day to get to everyone in the class. If you make a mistake while training you, the trainers talk down to you in front of the class and instead of trying to help you.., they watch you struggle to figure out a problem, which wastes more time to get to other trainees. By the end of training, I learned absolutely nothing because I didn't get enough practice time. They fired me because they stated that I wasn't fast enough and that I "moved my mouse around the screen too much" and clicked around the screen too often lol. The company is an absolute joke. This is the same company where the trainers will tell you on the first day of class that "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." But they still rush you. The trainers constantly came to work everyday exhausted and frustrated to the point where they would get annoyed and take it out on you. They would openly admit to us that they worked 60-70 hours a week. Which I should have taken this as a red flag and resigned immediately.
