Pros

The cafeteria had a lot of variety.

Cons

I was an employee in training for Bare Escentuals at Qualfon for 4 weeks, (1-22-15 to 2-6-15) I Showed up everyday (it DOES require 100% attendance!) and did EVERYTHING I was required to do. Never late, always on time BECAUSE I wanted the job!! One girl in my training class had missed 6 days of training. Nobody said anything to her about it, she was always favored with everything the class did. On our last day of training, we had a final knowledge test and she passed the test with a 100%. I failed the test. They fired me with NO chance at re-taking the test. I begged and begged for them to give me a chance...I left in tears. I was devastated. My point is they do not value someone who is MORE THAN WILLING to learn, but needs a little extra help. I was told every single day of training that "THIS COMPANY WILL WORK WITH YOU NO MATTER WHAT!"...Not true what-so-ever. And please do not reply to this with an "I'm sorry you had a bad experience."... I have a child to feed and a life to sustain, and i was ecstatic to have that job, I would've been a great employee if "SOMEONE WOULD'VE WORKED WITH ME NO MATTER WHAT!". My experience at Qualfon was heartbreaking and humiliating.

We strive for excellence at Qualfon and are dedicated to ensuring our employees are successful and can uphold the expectations that are set by the Clients we serve. While we want to do everything we can to work with our employees, there is still a minimum standard that we hold all of our employees accountable to. We apologize that you felt that others were favored in your class; this is something that will be researched and followed-up on immediately as it does not align with our Qualfon values. We truly appreciate your thoughts and comments.

Pros

Decent pay. The option to work from home.

Cons

Vague onboarding/training program. Training for me was remote. They put you in a remote class with 14-15 others. Starting around week 2 or 3 of training, they try to work with everyone one-on-one while the rest of the class watches. And there is never enough time in the day to get to everyone in the class. If you make a mistake while training you, the trainers talk down to you in front of the class and instead of trying to help you.., they watch you struggle to figure out a problem, which wastes more time to get to other trainees. By the end of training, I learned absolutely nothing because I didn't get enough practice time. They fired me because they stated that I wasn't fast enough and that I "moved my mouse around the screen too much" and clicked around the screen too often lol. The company is an absolute joke. This is the same company where the trainers will tell you on the first day of class that "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." But they still rush you. The trainers constantly came to work everyday exhausted and frustrated to the point where they would get annoyed and take it out on you. They would openly admit to us that they worked 60-70 hours a week. Which I should have taken this as a red flag and resigned immediately.
