Pros
Operations Managers and supervisors are very flexible in terms of giving time off. Flexible schedule for students Coworkers that really care about eachother Paid Time Off
Cons
-Once you go to the nightshift, they will never let you back on mornings, so if you love your morning shift, do not give it up. -No opportunity to move up. They are outsourcing all of our positions. Global Queue Analysts and Real Time Analysts are overseas, our Quality Analysts are overseas. They have a random agent take over a team if we lose a supervisor instead of actually interviewing and hiring a supervisor. -Pay is barely more than minimum wage -We don't have excellent benefits to speak of -They claim that because they moved into another building in Washington from Idaho. They're calling the fact that they have to pay us at least minimum wage a raise. -It is okay to dress inappropriately if you're management or an acting supervisor
