Pros

not many Just working with the different people. A think skin will be developed or you will get eaten fast.

Cons

Where to start, HR doesn't listen to the issues the employee brings to their attention.. There is retaliation in terms of denying promotions to qualified people that have brought up ethical issues. Constant telling that employees don't matter. Reported tech issues don't get solved in a timely matter or get ignored completely. Hard work along with going above and beyond is not rewarded. Bad performance is reward. Extreme lack of job advancement in fact no job advancement for people that have put the time in, solved issues, went above expectations. No way to transition to different departments to get away from a toxic boss. Nor will your boss help you transition to a different line of work if you have been burned out or looking for a change. Working environment is toxic. There is an extreme lack of participation of people in work surveys. Since, most of the employees know nothing of change will happen unless there is a world wide issue. Company doesn't value its employees and is advertising to go to a college that is not accredited nor worth its salt.

Pros

Decent pay. The option to work from home.

Cons

Vague onboarding/training program. Training for me was remote. They put you in a remote class with 14-15 others. Starting around week 2 or 3 of training, they try to work with everyone one-on-one while the rest of the class watches. And there is never enough time in the day to get to everyone in the class. If you make a mistake while training you, the trainers talk down to you in front of the class and instead of trying to help you.., they watch you struggle to figure out a problem, which wastes more time to get to other trainees. By the end of training, I learned absolutely nothing because I didn't get enough practice time. They fired me because they stated that I wasn't fast enough and that I "moved my mouse around the screen too much" and clicked around the screen too often lol. The company is an absolute joke. This is the same company where the trainers will tell you on the first day of class that "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." But they still rush you. The trainers constantly came to work everyday exhausted and frustrated to the point where they would get annoyed and take it out on you. They would openly admit to us that they worked 60-70 hours a week. Which I should have taken this as a red flag and resigned immediately.
