Pros

There are lots of great people to work with. Fun, Motivating Atmosphere if you can handle fast-paced working environments. Growing industry and plenty of job opportunities.

Cons

Because the environment is so fast-paced, you get no guidance from management, and that's okay. However, you should know what's going on, and you often don't. Communication is tough at any small company though.

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

Cons

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
