Loved the ability to work from home as it increased my productivity, improved quality of life, and ensure work-life balance. My first manager had regular check-in's, was supportive, and taught me a lot. Fair compensation for my experience-level and role.

Cons

Was told that "life isn't always fair and equitable" by a c-level individual when pushing back on a poor offer salary for candidate, which was reflective of leadership's values. Belittled by upper management. Poor benefits for market.

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
