I had a great experience as a Qualifacts employee. Fast growing company with potential for promotion as a top performer.

Cons

A lot of mergers and acquisitions happened which is t a bad thing but you must be flexible and able to adapt quickly.

Pros

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

Cons

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
