Mission critical problems are swept under the run. VP of Engineering could not run a lemonade stand to save his life. Outsourcing jobs is number one priority. Little focus on security or stability. Yes men are rewarded, until they are outsourced.

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
