Remote work is a plus Paid Holidays are a plus- 17 Benefits are OK

People who think they know your job get into the Systems you're taking care and make changes while you're away on vacation, Said people don't tell you they've made changes, you find them and ask. My person who took care of arranging calls, advised billing staff in India was stabbing me in the back the whole time they were moved over to my software. Nothing was ever done and I was never allowed to defend myself. I wish it wasn't too late to file an EEOC case because I was definitely discriminated against due to my age and the color of my skin and I bet it's not even what you're thinking

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
