Everyone that interacted with while employed by Qualifacts was committed to their work and the company. Management communicated well with staff. Great people, and great culture

You may be required to work on-site at the office on occasion

Pros

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

Cons

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
