Pros

Great communication and support from managers and colleagues. Good training program. Good amount of PTO and paid holidays.

Cons

They have 3 platforms that compete against each other. Sales had a hard time keeping up. They had to lay off a lot of people in Dec. 2024, and I was one of them.

The software was excellent and we were proud of what we were delivering to the clients

Cons

They have become exactly the kind of corporate environment that you see spoofed in meme's and Instagram comedy. Unless you have friends in management, you will never get a review higher than 'meets expectations' even if you far far far exceed your goals and keep clients happy. (lol - that's exactly the kind of great work we have come to expect from you) Enjoy the minimum salary increase. SMH The lack of diversity is also shocking
