      10-11 hours of work. No care for mental pressure exploiting at the max

      Cons

      There are no sick leaves policy. if you take sick leave for 1 day you have to submit detailed medical whic will be discussed Cannot take sick leaves. you have to go on LOP I have to Apply leave 2 months early It is compulsory to extend at least 2 hours each day in this organization.
