Cons

There is no transparency around the bench process or the risk of immediate termination when a client project ends. Employees are misled to believe positions are full-time and secure, but in reality they are at-will with minimal communication or support. Sudden and unprofessional separations occur without notice or explanation. Leadership prioritizes a select circle of favorites while offering little to no career guidance, stability, or respect for the rest of the workforce.
