      Good opportunities for testing They have lot of clients

      Cons

      Salary is not good. Typical service based culture where the client is everything. Leave policy not so good (might be project specific coz I had a very bad experience as far leave politics are concerned)

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
