      Lots of bias for leadership favorites and onsite people.. Rest of people here are working like crazy with bad salaries and so much negativity Working weekends and late nights with no appreciation also

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
