      There are honestly no real pros anymore.

      Cons

      No respect for employees and their wellbeing. Initiatives like these Qarnival annual parties feel like a circus. There is a lot of noise, and forced fun, but no real meaning behind it. These events don’t solve any real problems at work. It feels like a distraction for employees instead of listening to them or fixing real issues.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
