      Good learning environment, especially for QA and testing methodologies. Exposure to different projects, clients, and tools Friendly and collaborative team culture. Good place to gain experience, especially early in a QA/tech career.

      Salary is often lower compared to other tech companies.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
