      co-worker nice. benefits and rules are regular

      Cons

      unorganized onboarding, left people in the meeting room for hours without any instructions. Lay off a bunch of people at the same time with only 1 day notice.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
