9yThank you for your feedback and am sorry that you didn't have a great experience during the 3+ years you were with QualiTest. While I take your feedback to improve the working conditions at QualiTest, I'd also like to clarify on certain points mentioned in your feedback.
1. The average salary for fresher is about 12k which is as per market standards (for IT Service Sector). Also, post successful completion of probation period (6months) the compensation is revised to a considerable amount again. There is annual revision of salary during the work anniversaries.
2. The 2yrs agreement is to bring stability of the resources, where the organization invests considerable amount of time, skill and money. This again is the norm at many IT service companies in India.
3. We would encourage all employees to speak to the people partners or the respective manager on what has caused discomfort for anyone to work at QualiTest.
4. Knowledge imparted during the boot camp for freshers or training provided to upskill our employees has always been our mantra for success. With the quality service we have provided to our clients, is making QualiTest India one of the top competitors in testing space.
5. I'm sorry that you haven't had a good experience with the management, but let me assure you that the senior management (including the CEO) have a very logical and thoughtful way of handling issues and coupled that with their sense of humor makes the work environment lighter even during grim situations.
7. As an organization, we are bringing more structure to the process on the delivery and people front. We would love to hear from you if you would have any suggestion that could help us achieve our goal to be the employer of choice.
