I was looking for but couldn`t find much, I think that I might change only the New employees recruitement process to let the new EEs know QualiTest better and get the relation feeling on the first days.

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
