      They take employees without experience or knowledge It's a good entry level opportunity

      The only think about how to make money from the employee They encourage the employees to work after hours with no additional pay, no compensations no benefits

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
