      Many cons 1. No good salary being MNC. Gives less than start up 2. No management 3. Huge deduction in salary other than pf 30% gratuity 4. No compensation off 5. No extra Bonus for weekend work 6. Daily extend and work 7. US company using Indian at cheaper price as slaves

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
