      Pros

      A company that has the vision to be the best, I feel like I need to be at my best all the time, good opportunities to progress (have caught one myself:), open channel to very senior people if problem occur

      Cons

      Hard work, constant push forward, more than 1 thing happening at a time (sometimes more than 2 or 4)

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
