      Fame (Working in Google's office, but you are not an employee of Google).

      Cons

      Everything else. They are a third party and you work in the Google office but you are not a Google employee. Small teams. Low pay.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
