      My manager is great, Elle. She genuinely cares about us, she gives honest feedback and always ready to help. And very happy working in this current project. Other managers or leads seems very nice too.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
