      Pros

      A very professional and fun bunch of people, working in a friendly environment. Informal and family-like atmosphere. Good benefits, support and understanding for employees and their professional development.

      Cons

      Work from home during Coronavirus times was not implemented fast enough, at least for the P&T team.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
