      Depends on what client you work on- good stepping stone into the tech industry.

      Cons

      Terrible terrible management! Hardly any benefits, 0 work flexibility, no consideration for anything out of the norm, no maternity benefits, I would leave today if I had a choice. No 401 K matching, terrible health insurance, no bonuses or any incentives to rise above and do better.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
