Pros
Not really any pros. I would say there is free food sometimes but it is always unhealthy food.
Cons
Low wage and tough people to work with. Most tech support jobs compensate better than qualitest group. When I was working at qualitest senior management was either too old or too young and inexperienced. They were also losing clients constantly.
