Pros
1. Usually have good work/life balance 2. Decent benefits for an entry level job 3. Most coworkers are good to work with 4. While not great long term, this is pretty much the ideal stepstone 1-2 year job to springboard to a much higher paying one
Cons
1. Advancement pretty much flatlines after a year or two 2. The skills you can acquire wildly vary based on the project you're put on 3. Pay goes from mediocre at no experience to terrible once you have some experience
