      Gives you a nice taste of projects that you can learn a lot from.

      Cons

      The same cons as for every outsource & projects company. Comparing to hi-tech, the salary and benefits are poor.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
