      Pros

      Once Project ends ITP to allocate to another project you will never hear from them. Internal Managers they are not worried about resources not good salary

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
