10yThank you for giving us your honest feedback. I am sorry that you are not having a good experience at QualiTest. We believe that our employees are the most important part of the company and truly value them. For example, we want people to grow with us; therefore, we have started to implement career plans. These career plans outline pay structures, promotions, and development programs over the course of a two year period. Another way in which we promote professional development is by sending employees to conferences and trainings. In addition to our professional development, performance management also plays a huge role. We work closely with all of our employees to make sure they are getting useful feedback and enjoying what they do. In order to show our appreciation, we host many different events, while it is true that most of our events provide free food, they also serve as a way to give back to the employees and recognize the hard work of individuals. For example, every quarter we host a special recognition ceremony to highlight an “Employee of the Quarter.” We try to foster an environment where people can truly feel like they are a part of a family, which is why people tend to create lasting friendships with their co-workers. If you are unhappy, we encourage you to speak with HR so your needs can be addressed effectively – we always try to do what’s best for the QualiTest family!
