      Company failed to provide job oppurtunity after resign because time period of qualifying govt exam is getting over and employee declined of marrying internal female employee because she is interested in having relationship with married man and this will increase their state' s money because they are from same place like abes ec.

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
