Pros

There is only one pro—on-time payment.

Cons

This company operates by essentially hiring what I can only describe as "modern slaves" for their end clients. As an employee, you are given no power or protection against the client's demands; the policy seems to be a strict "yes, sir" to whatever the end client's management dictates, without question. The unprofessionalism starts at the top, particularly with a U.S.-based manager who appears to lack direction, merely "walking around" without a clear understanding of their role or responsibilities. Furthermore, this is a remarkably cheap company that pays below minimum wage and demonstrates a clear pattern of unfair treatment and discrimination towards their employees. A striking example of this is the glaring disparity in privileges: some employees are granted the flexibility of working from home, arriving late, or leaving early without consequence. Yet, if I was even 20 minutes late, it was immediately addressed. This double standard is particularly galling when the end client's manager, who works from home and enjoys leisure while on calls, still complains about an employee's minor tardiness. Adding to the difficult environment, employees are discouraged from asking questions of the client manager. Any attempt to do so can result in complaints being escalated to the Qualitest/Q Analyst manager, who will then unfairly criticize you, even when you are in the right. It's clear that for this company, the "Client" is the absolute priority, which is understandable given they make their money from them. If you are not in a managerial position, be acutely aware that you are susceptible to blaming, bullying, and discrimination without any investigation. This can happen simply because a client manager dislikes you, especially if you have had the audacity to correct them. Given my experience, if you have any other employment option available to you, I strongly advise you to never, ever choose this company.

Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
