      Pros

      once a year there is employee day, very nice vibe. there is a reword for few excellent employees.

      Cons

      low salary, i didn't like the contract that you must sign for 2 years (for exist you have fine)

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
