      Pros

      The guests, for the most part, were the only thing that made this job bearable. Even they saw how poorly the hotel was managed.

      Cons

      Incompetent, drama filled management. Made it seem like more of high school than an actual job. If you didn't kiss their butts you were treated like scum.
