Pros
The owner/managers are great people to work for. The people I work with are amazing and have become more than co-workers. I consider these people family. Scheduling is very flexible as long as your able to do the job you are hired for. There are opportunities to move around within the company and to various other positions as experience is gained. The customers/guests are for the most part great to work for. I love the customer service aspect of the company.
Cons
Not many but you'll have a few sour guests who have attitude and do what they can to take it out on you. There are a few Choice Rewards members who think everything should be given to them and are arrogant and snotty.
