where to start? i have worked for my employers for just over 9 years now and there is no growth. they promoted and new employee twice now to management (both failed and left the company) who didn't have management experience (i do have management experience). they treat the newer hires better than I. better pay and gives them the schedules that they want and i have to just adjust for them. they have been known to shave employees paychecks. they don't pay holiday pay , there is no benefits. they wont give anyone full time so they don't have to give benefits.
