      Pros

      Very caring Assistant General Manager who looks out for her people. She made you feel like you were family. She was "mama bear"

      Cons

      Prototypical of East Indian Hoteliers, low pay, no benefits, no personal respect. The owners are there to make MONEY. They are not interested in upgrading or even upkeeping the property. If they could save 3 cents on a single sheet of toilet paper then will.
