Pros

Can get overtime You can usually get days off or time requested without any issues, except for holidays.

Cons

No paid sick leave even though California law states otherwise. No paid vacation. No health insurance Minimum wage salaries. Very little opportunity to move up. If you call out sick, management requires you to find your own replacement otherwise you will be counted as a No Show. 3 No Shows get you terminated. No incentives.
