No compassion and heavy oversight - Artist Quality Inn & Suites Employee Review

The franchise owners would regularly scrutinize work and the days they were on sight were the only days that the staff worked to what was an unsustainable amount. The entire work atmosphere was one of dejection and over exhaustion. The employees had worked there so long and without substantial help that they had to only put the maximum effort in on the days the franchise owners would show up.
