Best hotel in the area to work for - Front Desk Receptionist Quality Inn & Suites Employee Review

Pros

Proactive management. Great workplace culture. Flexible scheduling (if you actively alert management of your scheduling needs). Paid training. Impressive retention of both employees and regular guests. Owners are almost always on-site to assist with any issues and actually care about their employees. Plenty of side-hustle opportunities outside of regular work hours (doing guest laundry, delivering food for guests, etc.) But that’s just if you want to.

Cons

ESL [English Second Language] management/housekeeping staff (so, naturally, communication/cultural barriers can be present for those who lack the resources or know-how to overcome said barriers). Rude customers from time to time (but that just comes with the Customer Service territory, am I right?)
