Pros

Very laid back in allowing you to run operations.

Cons

Franchise owners are hands on but do not necessarily now how to handle day to day operations. Owners allow employees to run their business in the ground then expect General Managers to cater to low level employees. Owners cut corners in low budget renovations while General Managers deal with the aftermath of plumbing and mold issues. Long hours…on call 24 hours
