Pros
The morning shift was ideal especially for a single mom with kids in school. Hours didn't change either. Good to know what to expect in relationship to your schedule and paycheck.
Cons
Not much room to advance so possibly give pay increase incentives. Allows the employee to feel safe in their position. Rotate the holidays throughout the year. Everyone should have to chip in on holiday schedule.
