      there is nothing good about this company. Only cons

      1. Favoritism. They can manipulate data to accommodate their favorites 2. No corporate culture. This is a family run business and they have no culture whatsoever 3. Dirty politics played by the managers 4. They dont like people who are straightforward and upfront 5. A total mess

      Pros

      I had great experience working in Quality Matrix. My H1B visa transfer was straight forward and I never had any issues with finding projects, payroll or getting help from HR on misc items. Both Kant (CEO) and Shana (HR/Legal) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Quality Matrix to anyone.
