Pros
Awesome coworkers and company culture. They are really passionate about the work they do. Try to keep their employees happy
Cons
Unorganized company structure. Lot's of turnover both with upper managment as well as everyone else. People are constantly getting fired, which makes you always second guessing your own job. No good way to track work, so either super slow or super busy.
