Pros
Low expectations / unlikely to get fired.
Cons
It's hard to get fired because they can't keep talent... the only pro ends up being a con when the people who stick around are generally inept, have personality issues, and could not work in a normal workplace. It might even be intentional, as have heard complaints from a few that you stop getting raises once you stick around too long. Even when someone is found who obviously doesn't read these reviews, or isn't turned off by the location, and that the place is a complete dump, we low-ball them. Lots of great managers have passed through, but their good ideas are shut down, and they leave and get blamed for not fitting the culture. Management always has an excuse, and a reason things are going to get better very soon, hoping to keep people from bailing. The first few years it was 100% blamed on the GM, and his pending retirement was strung along for at least 4 years. GM is gone, and things have gotten even worse now. Overall it is not a good place to work at all, and the current rating is completely justified.
