A lot of the people were nice to work with. Very cool products

Cons

Most of the top managers were not the best fit for their role. Lack of training and lack of coordination across the organization in understanding and achieving goals.

Pros

I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

Cons

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.
