Pros
Great benefits after changes to vacation/PST policy. Interesting work, pockets of innovation and technology. Certain personalities can really excel here, but the culture is definitely sink or swim. On paper this is a 4/5 or 5/5 company.
Cons
Communication - non-existent from top management. Values - not defined, and the culture reflects it. Top management seems to have given up on improving toxic culture - possibly due to push back from old timers who feel its unfair others don't have to suffer like they did. Negativity, blame, and scolding are used as motivation. High turnover and inability to attract new talent has led to dangerous resource limitations. People get stuck in roles they don't want, get turned down for career advancement because of resource issues, then they quit, and the cycle repeats.
